BLEH

I'm very tired. Not sleepy. Just tired. I slept all afternoon... I decided I needed to when I stood there and watched the bus come, pick up the people and drive away and not get on it... it wasn't until it was driving around the corner that I realized I'd just ... well not missed it but not gotten on. So I studied Logic for about an hour, and then came home and slept.
After my not so restful nap I got some stuff together and headed over to the apartment. I just got back from cleaning for 3 hours... I wish I wasn't such a clean freak sometimes, it sure would make life easier. The worst thing is, I'll clean it all again in a couple days... meh. Its pretty clean. Learnt a few things though...
1. Old-style windows don't stay up by themselves. Therefore one should not push it up then put their head in the window.
2. Unless you want to wash the floor in the process, showers should not be turned on unless the shower curtain is across.
3. Not all people are like me. Some people don't clean their windows.
4. There is no point in cleaning the blinds when the more you clean, the dirtier they seem to get. By the way, the Bargain Shop closes at 6. Which means a quick trip at 7 will only leave you out of breath, wet and cold and back home with no clean white blinds.
5. I don't know how to work kitchen sink plugs and unless you know how, the water doesn't stay in and you just end up refilling it everytime you need to rinse out your rag.
6. I'm too short. Making it very difficult to clean the top shelves of a cupboard or change a lightbulb in a room with a 10-foot ceiling.
7. In the 80s there were no cosmetic products in bottles taller than 3 inches. And bathroom vanities were made to reflect this ridiculous phenomenon.
8. When a nail won't go in the wall because it is hitting something rubbery (you know its rubbery because the nail bounces) you should stop hammering, rubber things usually mean stop.

Now, if only today's lessons would help me on tomorrow's exam...
